On the morning of 17 June, more than 4.3 million shares of Hung Dao Container Joint Stock Company (stock code HDO) officially listed trading at HNX Hanoi.

Tran Van Hung - Chairman along with the his  Board of Directors attended the opening ceremony the first session at the Hanoi Securities Trading (HNX).

On the first day of trading, HDO has a strong transaction volume with 392,200 shares with the price closed at 22,200 dong per share. Reference price in the last session on the floor UPCoM on 11 May, HDO was trading at 19,400 dong per share.

 
 On the speech of this event Hung Dao Container chairman said: Hung Dao Container participate  in the stock market for contributing a new goods to market, increasing choice for investors and at the same time it is also a channel to mobilize capital efficient business for our company, increasing liquidity for stocks and helping to promote itself company image, brand name

In 2009, HDO reached 148.9 billion revenue and 7.1 billion of profit with dividend rate is 13%.
At the Annual Shareholder Meeting in 2010 the company has set a target for 2010 of 180 billion total revenue. The estimated profit will be more than 10 billion, growth 30% compared with 2009. Expected dividend rate is 15%.

In addition, HDO is expected to issue shares to raise capital for development investment system equipment, estimated at about 35 billion.
With registered capital of listed Hung Dao Container Joint Stock Company has increased the number of listed companies to 299 companies.
In 2010, plans of HDO net revenue reached 180 billion, after-tax profit and 10 billion dividend payment of 15%.
On 2010 Hung Dao container  is also focusing resources to Nha Trang to meet the needs of international transit port in Van Phong on the construction process. All required transportation of storage containers  , depots services, house  containers, office containers in area that is now growing but Hung Dao Nha Trang branch now is not enough resources for supplying.
