On February 24, 2010 Hung Dao
Container Joint Stock Co conducted its 2010 shareholders' meeting at the main office to for passing the business results of 2009, business plan of 2010 and profit sharing of 2009, and plans to
raise capital for manufacturing business in 2010.
In 2009, HDO reached
148.9 billion revenue, 7.1 billion after-tax profits. Compared with 2008,
revenue increased 20%, profit after tax increased 334%.
Shareholders passed a
dividend rate of 13% in 2009.
In 2010, the Company will
conduct Hung Dao Container raise capital through issuing shares. to invest in the
development of machinery and transport equipment, lifting containers at
the branch (crane tanks, tractors and Romooc, car lifting container), to
upgrade buildings and container sale activities.
In 2010, revenue targets
180 billion VND 10 billion profit, 15% expected dividend.
Discount 20% revenue
growth and profitability by 30% compared with 2009.
